Inspiration was taken from the warm, distinctive style of Czech painter Alphonse Mucha (1860-1939), an art nouveau pioneer whose mural art and advertising posters often featured lovely women with expressively flowing hair.
The modern-day European-style illustration provided the perfect image in brilliant scarlet red. Gold foil grape leaves entwined in her flowing hair completed the arresting and exotic, fairy tale vision of a goddess of the vineyards.
