For the Small Lot tier, a more technical look was leveraged through a grid that included the vineyard name, case count, and wine blend. The specialty tier wines used a deep black color label to separate the wines from the other tiers and create more contrast with the refined icon.
The brand, aimed at the serious wine enthusiast, needed to reflect the exceptional quality of wines from the famed region. CF Napa perfected the Phantom Creek Estates icon and turned it into a textural element by treating it with a sculpted emboss. The main tier package design utilized a clean, white label printed on toothy paper.
