Following the design of their specialty Apple Raspberry Spiked Sangria, they returned to us to develop a new canned offering – Sangria Spritz – to serve the expanding RTD market.
The new design needed to connect to the festive feel of their portfolio of sangrias while communicating the easy-drinking promise of a canned cocktail.
We illustrated collages of colorful fruit to clearly communicate the flavors and juices utilized in the Red and White Sangria Spritz. Colorful bands along the bottom helped further differentiate between flavors. The 360-degree branding opportunity provided by the can format allowed for a detailed list of the product promises, included reinforcing the brand’s usage of quality ingredients. We designed the 4-pack boxes with the same bright colors and fresh illustrations, creating a billboard effect when stacked together on store shelves.
