2023 World Brand Design Society

Volterre’s Pinot Noir and Chardonnay are sourced from the eponymous vineyard, nestled just miles away from the Pacific Ocean. Some of the region’s most esteemed vineyards are Volterre’s neighbors, so it was pertinent that the packaging captured the subtle sophistication of the brand and the high pedigree of the vineyard location.

CF Napa created a contemporary and clean label with rounded corners, showcasing the bold Volterre wordmark and the varietal in an elegant script—offering a modern take on a classic Burgundian label. CF Napa designed a purple seal with the vineyard name and a seashell to not only bring some color to the label but to also highlight the vineyard’s coastal appellation. The addition of the bottle number along the side of the label reinforces the exclusivity of this luxury brand.
